Heat induction foil liner plays a big role in the packaging and success of a product. It is very easy to discard and never give another thought, but these small packaging components are useful in addressing different areas. These include:

1.Good sealing performance- Preserve product freshness by preventing the passage of air, oxygen, or other gases. Not just gases, but also liquid.

How to seal:

Step 1

Place the foil liner on the bottom of the bottle with the cardboard facing the bottom of the lid and the foil side facing the bottle mouth.


Step 2

Adjust the induction sealing machine to suitable power and temperature, place the tightened bottle on the belt of the induction machine, and heat it by instantaneous electromagnetic induction, and the sealing glue is tightly bonded to the bottle mouth.


Step 2

Open the cap, the aluminum foil side is glued to the mouth of the bottle, and the cardboard is left inside the cap.
