The elemental substances of the granular activated carbon from wood are all composed of carbon, so they all exhibit the same chemical properties of carbon. It is very stable at room temperature and will not change when exposed to sunlight or in contact with moisture, and does not react with general chemical reagents. Application

The granular activated carbon from wood can be used in gas phase adsorption, gasoline recovery, organic solvent recovery, impurity and harmful gas removal, liquid phase decolorization and deodorization (sucrose decolorization, xylose bleaching, monosodium glutamate decolorization, citric acid decolorization, decolorization and purification of drugs, chemical products and food additives).
