REOWO Small Flow Control Valve series are compact and with high performance. They can be applied for the precise control of micro flow. For example, they are used by scientific research institutions for micro control of flow and pressure. The design pressure of valve body is up to 32Mpa, the minimum diameter of the plug can be 1mm and the minimum controllable Cv can be 0.001. This series are widely used for aerospace and hydrogen equipment.

Features

Small Flow Control Valve's main valve disc can automatically sense the main flow in the process system, so as to determine the position of the main valve disc and the bypass valve disc based on this flow. The minimum flow required for the normal operation of the pump can be sucked into the storage device through the bypass, and the H-Q characteristics of the pump can be adjusted to realize recirculation. The bypass control system can reduce the return medium from the high pressure of the pump outlet to the low pressure suitable for the return storage device with low noise and wear. It also has the function of a check valve to prevent the liquid from returning to the pump body.
