Equipment Description

The vacuum air quenching furnace is mainly used to strengthen the surface of certain metal equipment, and has a wide range of applications in aviation and other fine technology. There are two types of quenching in vacuum: gas quenching and liquid quenching. Vacuum Gas Quenching Furnace is to fill the cooling chamber with high-purity neutral gas (such as nitrogen) for cooling after the workpiece is heated in a vacuum. It is suitable for gas quenching are high-speed steel and high-carbon high-chromium steel and other materials with low critical cooling rate of martensite.


Features

The high-pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace adopts a graphite heater and a single horizontal type with hard graphite felt as the heat shield. With the rear high-power quenching fan, Vacuum Gas Quenching Furnace is composed of the main body of the vacuum furnace, vacuum system, water cooling system, charging system, starting system, relay control system, etc. The vacuum furnace has a visual operation interface, which is convenient and simple to operate. It can be manually and automatically switched freely, and can realize fully automatic control. It has a complete sound and light alarm system, mechanical and electrical double interlocking design to ensure safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
