1. Vibration

2. Screen Utilization

The square swing screen adopts the plane rotation principle, which improves the distribution of materials in the screen, improves the utilization ratio of the screen and improves the screening efficiency;
The three-dimensional motion of the circular vibrating screen is that the materials are distributed around the screen frame, and the central part of the screen is difficult to be used effectively, which greatly increases the load of the screen and reduces the screening efficiency.

3. Requirements for Installation Environment

The square swing screen does not have high requirements for the foundation load-bearing ground. Because of the use of the plane rotary motion principle, it effectively reduces the dynamic static ratio of the equipment and the dynamic load of the foundation, as long as the ground is hardened;
However, there are strict requirements for the multi foundation bearing ground of tumbler vibrating screen. When installing the circular vibrating screen, the ground shall not only be hardened, but also be horizontal without obvious slope.
